Picture below - I think the answer is y = −x2 + 4x − 3 not sure.

No it can't be y = −x2 + 4x − 3 because the graph given opens upward while the graph of y = −x2 + 4x − 3 will open downward (since the leading coefficient is negative)

I got y = x2 − 4x + 3 after I worked it out again.
