Write the equation 5x+3y = 15 in the two-intercept form and read off the x and y intercepts.

y=mx+b, manipulate the equation to look like this. Substitute x with 0 and solve for y to obtain the x intercept, substitute y with 0 and solve for x to obtain the y intercept.

yes that works but its not in the two-intercept form: x/a +y/b =1
