IMO it should be false. An example of a primary source would be where you or someone else has done a study for a particular purpose and used the results as a source. Also, a company's internal documents (e.g. financial statements) would be another good example. A secondary source would be where you use other people's studies for one purpose and used them for another purpose (e.g. using the census in determining what % of people may buy a product). Also, external documents (e.g. evaluations of other companies) would be another example. Either example could be the original document or copies.
