\[\frac{3}{2}x=\frac{4}{5}\] multiply both sides by the reciprocal of the coefficient of \(x\) to get \[x=\frac{4}{5}\times \frac{2}{3}\] last step is arithmetic
ok then step 1 is saying "reciprocal of the coefficient of \(x\) is \(\frac{2}{3}\)
