dear for the number u would put the number instead of x in the equating . u should put number grater that 3 in 1/x and number smaller than 3 in 2x but for f(3t) u have to change domain to it means u will have this : 1/3t for t>1 and 6t for t<=1 i hope my answer will be helpful for u
