Remember that the equation of the motion \[ s(t) = -\frac 12 g t^2 + v0 t + s0 \] Where g=9.8; v0=192 and s0 =0 It is clear that t=0 the ball is on the ground. What other values make s(t)=0. In other words, solve s(t)=0 for t. And you are done.
