no-hhah- i'm in the process. Alrighty. so they ask for the total are right? and total area is the area of the base plus the lateral area right? SO B+LA=TA right?

so the area of the base is 4, and the lateral area is--- wait you have to find the slant height first. so pythagorean theorem: 4 squared + 3 squared= 13 squared

so the slant height is the square root of 13 YAY!
