ok this is your lab report isnt it.
Part I:
so you need to know c(NaOH) and calculate the concentration of HCl from volume of HCl in the flask and volume of NaOH you released from buret (c1V1=c2V2)
Part II:
you need to plot an S curve from the data you have, dependance of pH over V, its something like this:

and again calculate concentration of HCl so that you take volume of spent NaOH form the graph at pH=7. and rest of the questions are easy.
