Yeah, but I don't need help with the Chemistry part. I need help with the math part. I do not understand what those numbers are.

It's scientific notation. It's used to show large numbers in an abbreviated way.
Move the decimal place ten times to the left.
the ^-10 means it's going to be a decimal. If it was a positive power, then you'd move it the other way.
