Baroque music is also much less solemn than Medieval and Renaissance music. More musical techniques had been thought of, so there's also more variety in Baroque music.

For the same reason Steve Reich is more popular than Schoenberg: it feels closer to our sensibilities. Minimalism itself is a return to baroque.

baroque is more dynamic as they did not have as much instruments to work with the instruments they had their functions were limited namely piano harpsichord - pianoforte - piano (now having a damper pedal ) much more to work with

Baroque increases your mind's awareness in alpha state because the tempo (bpm) and time signatures correlate with your body's rhythm, and some of the best classical music was created during the Baroque era. People still listen to it today :)
