(x - 2)2 + (y - 3)2 = 16 (x + 2)2 + (y - 3)2 = 16 (x - 2)2 + (y + 3)2 = 16 (x + 2)2 + (y + 3)2 = 16

A circle's equation is given as \[(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2\] where (a, b) is the center of the circle and r is the radius of the circle. Now from the graph, find (a, b) and radius r and you'll get the answer. Count the blocks:)
