\[(x-h)^{2} + (y-k)^{2} = r ^{2}\] is the equation of a circle with center (h,k) and radius r... compare youe equation with this equation and you can easily get the answers....
(x-25) + (y + 4) = 64? is that right or do i divide 64 by 2?
