Your domain will cover how many cups of flour can be used.  You can use 0 cups of flour and have 0 cookies or 8 cups of flour and have 192 cookies.  If flour is your x, then your domain would go from [0,8}.  Amount of cookies will be your y, so your range will go from [0,192].  Does that make sense?
