OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, there're education classes in college. If you aren't there yet, try watching some documentaries about how to teach. Examing the behaviors of teachers in class is another way to learn how to teach.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah! well i'm not in charge of that; however, maybe someone can create a tutorial within the questions.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

NCIS works for me

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you can only teach and guide if you know the material; by knowing the subject matter you are able to relate it to other situations that can clarify the model itself.

OpenStudy (aravindg):

wt subject are u training people?

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

Keep this in mind. @cshalvey is going to be organizing another town hall style meeting soon, and @hero and a few others have brought up the idea of a group whose purpose is discussing helping strategies and such. We're willing to create such a group if there's enough interest, so again, keep it in mind and watch for the next town hall so you can speak in favor :)

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

will there be a *grand* public announcement regarding that @shadowfiend ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey everyone - yes, we're working on schedules right now, but I can *promise* you there will be ample forewarning this time ;)

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

@lgbasallote No, we're not giving anyone a thousand dollars… Geez…

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

phooey :( no one ever pays us gum :P
