\[(x-3)^{2}+(y+2)^{2}=16\]i have found the radius and center point i just need confirmation on the X and Y intercepts. Y Intercept \[y=-1\pm \sqrt{7}\] X Intercept \[x=3\pm \sqrt{15}\]

correction...the problem is \[(X-3)^{2}+(Y+1)^{2}=16\]
