(a) Which band(1-10) traveled slowest? (b) Which band(1-10) traveled fastest?

When you're interpreting a gel (I sure hope that this is a gel, at least) the band that traveled the fastest is the one that is the farthest down (if you have the starting wells at the top). This is because the bands that travel fastest are also the ones with the smallest size, which allows them to travel easily through the pores of the agarose / polyacrylamide. And conversely, the ones that traveled the slowest are the ones that are the closest to the wells...their large size impedes movement, so they don't end up going very far.
