well since their asking how much material, then it represents that their asking for the volume. The formula is v = bwh; so it would be v = (8)(6)(5.5) = 264; but since their is 7 bins we would need to multiply that by 7. 264 * 7 = 1848 which would be by cubic feet; so the answer would be the first one
