well G is corresponding to 83 or E is alternate to 83 (E and G are vertically opposite) which as he said,,gets you F..

Ok so would this be a good way of explaining it? Well since G is corresponding to 83 degrees, I know that the measure of angle F is 97 degrees because 97 and 83 both equal up to 180 degrees which means they are supplementary to each other.
