If you don't well the medal method is basically that button to the right that says best answer and you click it and it awards the person who answered your question if they gave yo uthe answer you wanted

it awards them with a medal and then their smartscore goes up, so the more you answer pples questions the more score you'll have and the higher rank you'll be

then the fanning method is basically well if you rollover my name or somebody else's it will give you basic info and then from there you can fan the person which allows you to keep track of them if you ever need their help.
