I really want to learn programming this summer, I know the basics of HTML, Javascript, JQuery, however I want to do some advanced stuffs like making games and apps. Does anyone know where can I start? which website has some good tutorial for a noob like me? and which language is the best to start with? Thank you in advance!
Learn to code first. (And HTML is not coding). Any language is good. I recommend C# myself, but you can even code in Javascript if you'd like. Get good at that, then decide what to do with those skills.
You should learn tablet and smartphone programming such as android Java using eclipse IDE and Objective-C using codeblocks on windows or xCode on a mac.....tablets and phones are the wave of the future and the future is here for people that just want to use a simple machine without allot of hassle such as iPhone users....more advanced users such as business and tech savvy people tend to like Android Better....rule of thumb Apple/IOS for the masses and Android for specialized people.
In what type of application development you are interested in, i mean web application, mobile application or desktop?
I am a System software research and development expert, i am here to help people, but before that you need to answer what i asked above, so that i can help you better.
for me c is the best option to start learning programming its the mother of programming language though you cant make huge game with c but it help you understand other object oriented programe like java c++
C is not OOP , how could u understand other OOP languages if u learn C? Also C is one of the hardest to learn ... he just can get frustrated... He wants to develop games and apps , so Java, Python are the best options to start..
U SHOULD START WITH C++
you should learn actionscript 3.0 its an easy to learn object oriented language you can buy the CS5 IDE from Adobe on a <<<<non reoccurring and/or non contract basis >>>> monthly subscription basis for around $30.00/month or you can buy it outright for $700.00+ I suggest the monthly subscription because after you learn it and you can make even very complicated programs in a month. Also you will know within 1 month whether or not you want to continue with Adobe Flash AS 3.0 Programs or change either way you will know enough about OOP to change to any other OOP based language within 1 year of studing you learning language
