Assuming the increase is linear divide 13.7million by 10
That's how much it differs from year to year
so if you want to work backwards then from 2005 to 2002 you will have to subtract

according to me...we will substract 16.3 from 13.7 and then divide thet value by 10....that will give per year increase in enrolment...
