No, I think this is one of those "if . . . then" problems (I can't remember the name) . . . like a proof.

just look at the words in your choices...if you see a word that wasnt mentioned in the if..then....then you eliminate it....i.e..can't...there was no can't in the problem so eliminate that....well that is MY way
