try rearranging it as 48x^2 y + 12xy _ 20xz + 5z see it now?

that's + betwwen 12xy and 20xz

so you need check if you factoriz out from first end 3rd 12xy will get 12xy(4x+1) and from second and the last you can factoriz out 5z will get 5z(4x+1) - so than this will be 12xy(4x+1) +5z(4x+1) - so now can you continue ?
