Current, Resistance and Ohms Law: I have the answer, I just need to know how to get to it. A 1050 W electric toaster operated on a household circuit of 120 V. What is the resistance of the wire that makes up the heating element of the toaster? (13.714 Ω)

OpenStudy (ash2326):

We are given that the toaster is 1050 W so we are given the Power We know \[Power=\frac{V^2}{R}\] V= 120 V I think you can find R now:)

thank you
