How to create a new subject? When I log in to open study, the browser momentarily displays an option to create a new subject. I have attached a screen shot of my computer screen . On inspecting the HTML file I find the text 'Create a new subject' written at some place. But I fail to find any icon or link to help me do that. Is that a bug??

We could create Groups in old OS ,but Now we don't really have the option to create a subject ,only Admins can do that .
