Basically, combine like terms again.
As @lgbasallote stated earlier, we must distribute the -1
so we get 6y+10y-x-3x
so its gonna be 16y-2x
or -2x+16

-2x + 16y

you just have to remember to always look at common terms so just x with x and y with y u will get -2x+16y

So its like saying your distributing -1
