utilize the formula for the difference of squares\[(a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b)\]
let us just take in the property that a^2 - b^2 =(a+b)(a-b) so from 16s^6 -2t^6 we can write this as (4s^3)^2 - (sqrt2*t^3)^2 which is equal to (4s^3 +sqrt2*t^3)(4s^3 - sqrt2*t^3) now we use these properties that (a^3 - b^3) = (a - b) (a^2 + ab + b^2) and (a^3 + b^3) = (a + b) (a^2 - ab + b^2) and we continue the same matter onwards :)
