Let's find the cost if we get our copies done by Copy Cats, Let this be A
\[A= 21+0.15 \times x\]
and B be the cost if we get our work done by Heritage
\[B=25.50+0.12 \times x\]
We wan to find x such that
\[B<A\]
\[25.50+0.12x<21+0.15x\]
\[4.5<0.03x\]
or
\[0.03 x>4.5\]
I think you can find x now, no. of copies will be just 1 more than x
