Take a group of block of agar with the same size and the same shape. Add them into a solution containing the same concentration and the volume into a test yube. Keep the test tubes in a water bath, with a thermometer dipped in the water bath.
First maintain a low temperature. And measure the time taken for the Red to turn to Orange. Replicate the results at that temperature, get the reading
Then increase the temperature and make it constant..And replicate. Do this To show the effect of temperature on the colour change
