what describes the end behavior of f(x)=x^2+3/h^3 as x approaches negative infinity?

so y approaches 0?
ye if y= your eq above . approaching 0 from the left of the y axis
look as x approaches negative infinity, the +3 in the numerator becomes irrelevant in relation to negative infinity. so it's reall X^2/X^3 which is 1/x. when that denom starts getting reallt big, the fraction gets really small but it is negative so it approaches 0 from the left
