How to do this?

My first thoughts would be that the strap must be tangent to the circle at the points as it begins to leave the circle's circumference and go to the edges of the truck's bed. |dw:1336965859992:dw|

I thought it would have 30-60-90 triangles on the side and the arc length on the top but I can't figure a way to find a length of the triangles

We can then find the angle measure of the central angles because the sum of angles inside a four-sided figure (the kites made with the radii and tangents) is 180(n-2) n=4, or 360. 90+90+60 + x = 360, x is then 120. There are two 120 degree angles, and then the last is also 120 because the sum of a full circle is 360. 120+120+x = 360, x is then 120 as well. |dw:1336966352251:dw|
