Why does hydrcortisone + pencillin not work in combination? The hydrocortisone inactivates the penicillin how?

which clinical situation are you talking about? which way od administration?

The question doesn't make any sense, they should have no effect on eachother. The only thing i would consider in the combination, that Cortisol is a stress hormone which has immunosuppressant properties, therefore might not be the best combination. What makes you think they do not work in combination?
