How would I factor 4x cubed (to the third power) -44x squared (to the second power)?

Parth (parthkohli):

4x is common, put that outside the bracket and put the rest of the terms inside it.

Parth (parthkohli):

Did you get it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No not really.. Umm. So I'd put 4x(-11x) ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Cause at the top it says remember GCF.

Parth (parthkohli):

4x(-11) actually.

Parth (parthkohli):

4x(-11x) would become -44x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh cool. Thanks dude.

Parth (parthkohli):

Oh wait, it is squared right? then it'd be 4x(-11x)
