According to v=f(lamda), the radiation with the highest wavelength will have the lowest frequency, and vice versa.

In the EMR Spectrum, Gamma Ray's have the highest frequency (very short wavelength), and usually, Radio Waves are said to have the lowest frequency (long wavelength, which enables them to bend around mountains and stuff; that is how I remember)
