All you really need to do is start with looking her up and reading about her life. Make sure you put lots of information about her. You should really just look her up. It will help you get started! :-)

Helen Keller? That's a sad story. But a good one. Do you just need help talking abut who she was?

You need to come up with three key points to start with.  What do you want to write about?  For example:
Her childhood, growing up (Ann Sullivan should be mentioned, here)
Her college years
Her adult years

If you need more topics, you can break them down farther.  Her married life could be another topic.  Her career another.
