Ryan’s teacher asked him to graph circle E with equation (x – 5)2 + (y – 1)2 = 25. Below is the graph he submitted. What, if anything, did Ryan do wrong when graphing this equation? He graphed a circle with center at (-5, -1) instead of at (25, 1). He graphed a circle with center at (-5, -1) instead of at (5, 1). Ryan’s graph is accurate. He graphed a circle with a radius of 5 instead of a radius of 25.

His center is completely wrong as it should be (5,1)

hint: If you look at the equation, the center is on (5,1) and the radius is 5.
