In a citation within a Works Cited page, which should NOT be in italics? The title of a book, editorial, or encyclopedia?

The title of the book. The title is always put in " ".

I thought it was only in quotations if it is the name of a chapter in a book.

Like in a novel.

Well, I'm doing this sort of thing as well and I always put the book title in quotations and always get full credit.

But anywho, it is the title of the book.

No, actually it was the editorial. Guess I should've just trusted my instincts..lol
