Basically Balthasar tells Romeo that Juliet is dead. Romeo wants to leave right away but Balthasar says he should wait to hear more; Romeo leaves Verona anyway. He buys poison from the apothecary to kill himself. A friar tries to deliver a letter to Romeo but he is not there.

In the tomb, Romeo kills Paris and Romeo commits suicide. Turns out Juliet is not dead, she wakes up and kills herself seeing that Romeo is dead. 

The Capulet-Montague fued ends because of all of this. The End :)

is the balthasar person the messenger that friar lawrence sent to romeo to tell him the juliet is dead
