Sorry to bother but can someone show me how to do this thank you so much. Write an equation for the following statement: Twice the cost, c, plus the tax of $25 is equal to the total cost $230

OK, so it tells you that the cost variable is called c. Which makes sense. It says the price is twice the cost (for that part it is 2 * c ) plus 25. And the whole thing equals 230. So it is: 2*c + 25 = 230.
