Can someone please teach me how to do this please thank you so very much.
You bought a lamp that originally costs $100, but was marked down 25%. The tax on the item is 4%. How much was the final cost of the lamp with tax to the nearest dollar?

$75 * 4% = $3
$75 + $3 = $78
