Is it asking you to choose five animals, or have they already been chosen for you?

I tried to help him with this earlier. I think he already should have gotten this done. It asked for 5 specific animals, and what he needed was help figuring out how to use microsoft word to do it :P. I showed him how to do it on email. But if he still needs help maybe someone else can better explain.
