i get wat u r saying : the defination for the sequence  (a sequence is an infinite sequence of real numbers with an ordered unending list of numbers  ie $$a _{1},a_{2},....a _{n+1}$$)
it ameans tha for every positive integer n there is a corresponding number $$a _{?}$$ ,so we can difine a sequence as a function whose domain is the set of positive integers.
