First plug in the values.4, and 5. 6(4^2 - 5) - 5^2 now use PEMDAS. Parenthesis first. 6(11) - 5^2 Now exponents 6(11) - 25 Now multiply. 66 - 24 Now add, (you could subtract but in algebra you add a negative.) 66 + -25 = 41. Using the steps i provided you can complete and problem of this kind. :) GL. ^_^
