Compare the organisms in the table. What plantlike characteristic does a methanogen share with organisms in the kingdom Plantae?
What do you think? It's hard for us to help you if you don't give us some idea about what you think the answer might be (and why!)
i honestly don't know, thats why i come here, to get input on it. i have answered many questions on my own on my study guide, however these that i post here confuse me
Hey, there's nothing wrong with being confused by questions. My homework questions confuse me regularly. But I still need a bit more to go on: if I don't know your thought process, it's hard to give you the information that you need to solve the question yourself. Think about it like this: if this were a math problem, I'd need to see your work to see where you went wrong.
to be honest, i have no thoughts on this, i know really nothing about this question
The good news is that you don't need to know much about biology to answer it. An autotroph is an organism that makes its own food (the opposite is a heterotroph, which is an organism that has to eat other organisms to get food), photosynthesising is something that a special kind of autotrophs do, and it involves making food using the energy from sunlight... and I think you know what multicellular organisms and prokaryotes are.
This one confused me too!! I don't understand that chart AT ALL :/
