Hey Halim.. I guess that as a degree holder in biology, you have good a knowledge of microorganisms.  The use of microorganisms coupled with Molecular Biology is one of the booming sectors of this new era. You may have a  look at industrial biotechnology for instance fermentation etc.. Moreover, with the help of Molecular biology involving the recombinant DNA technology, many processes are being boosted up. On the other hand, environmental biotechnology is also an interesting field of biotechnology especially with this craze for a green society. Phytoremediation is one of the components of bioremediation which falls under the environmental biotech category. Biotechnology in itself is very vast.  For a start, maybe you could identify a particular sector in biotechnology which appeals to you and for which you qualify and then go on with it..:)

Obtaining master's or even higher degree while you're working at an entry-level might help a lot in the long run.  But certainly, Biotechnology is expanding rapidly.
