If you mean by the username, then you have to make a new account.
But, if you mean by the name you see on the profile, just click Settings on top-right.

ParthKohli is correct. You can change your real name, but not your username.

i dont think i can change my *real name*...i mean i can...but i have to redo certificates, paperworks, documents and it's just a hassle @farmdawgnation :/
