Yeah it does. The initial temperature is 320. The final temperature is 280. Subtract 280 from 320, and divide the result by 320. Multiply this number by 100 to turn it into a percentage.

Essentially what you're looking for is the change in temperature divided by the starting temperature, or, as I tend to put it, (initial - final)/initial
