The trick is to draw a line from the centre to point R.  This leaves you with an isosceles triangle (two sides are of length radius, thus the two corresponding angles must be the same). angle PQR is one of these angles.  Can you get it from here?

correct, 80 degrees in the large angle, 100 degrees split even ly between the last two angles.
