What are the slope and the y-intercept of y = –2x + 5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = mx+ c m-->slope c--->y-intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = mx + b m=slope b=y-intercept Figure it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-2x is the slope and 5 is the y intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@chocolategirl , your slope is wrong.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

drop the x since m is what equals the slope. So that -2, instead of -2x, would be the slope

@jazy is right
