y = -x^2 + 2x - 3 y = -x^2 - 2x - 3 y = x^2 + 2x - 3 y = x^2 - 2x - 3

y = ax^2 + bx + c "a" has to be positive since the parabola opens up and the vertex is on a minimum point. graph them on: https://www.desmos.com/calculator and see which of the bottom two it is:)
